The Restaurant

The restaurant in the Podere simply offers to its guests the great taste of the Italian kitchen.

You will try our “Antipasto del Podere” (the house antipasto) with a different choice of starters any time you order it; our homemade pasta with tomato sauce, “carbonara”, or “arrabbiata”; our specialties as the pasta dressed with cherry tomatoes and Colonnata lard, or with pistachios and pesto sauce flavoured with dried tomatoes.

We do not miss Tuscan masterpieces as the black cabbage soup, the “bordatino” (a soup made of local vegetables and corn flour), the rabbit ragù, and the “testaroli” with pesto.

If you want to taste something really lip-smacking, you must try our BBQs: the Tuscan mixed grilled meat, or the worldwide famous “fiorentina”.
